1.) Once the course has started, no cancellations will be allowed and no refunds will be issued. Fees once paid are non-refundable and
non-transferable under any circumstances.

2.) All fees must be paid in advance before the commencement of any course or service. Seats booked for offline/online courses, workshops,
seminars are non-refundable & non-transferable.

3.) If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled batch, they must inform the administration at least 48 hours in advance.

4.) Rescheduling is allowed only once, within the validity period of the course. Fees paid under any discount, promotional offer, or seasonal deal are non-refundable.

5.) Participants who fail to attend live sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for arefund or rescheduling.

6.) Refunds will be provided only if Chanakya Investments is unable to deliver the promised course/service (e.g., course cancellation from our side).

7.) Missed classes will be shared as recordings upon request, subject to availability. The academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances.

8.) Chanakya Investments is not liable for any financial losses incurred due to reliance on our training or suggestions.

9.) Trading involves financial risk. Students must consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
